At KISKA Shanghai, you’ll be part of a highly collaborative team working on some of the most exciting new projects in our global network. Designers sit next to engineers and strategists, ideas move fast, and everyone has a voice.

In this role you will…
- Contribute to transportation design projects, ensuring the creation of high-quality, innovative, and user-centred solutions.
- Take responsibility for design execution, ensuring concepts are translated effectively into impactful, market-ready solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across KISKA’s international studios to bring compelling design ideas to life.
- Contribute to the development of design strategies that push boundaries while maintaining functionality and manufacturability.
We are looking for…
- At least 4 years of experience in transportation design (with a focus on 2-wheeler design or mobility) gained through consultancies or OEMs.
- Strong ability to create compelling designs with hands-on experience from ideation to concept development.
- Proficiency in 3D tools such as Blender for translating ideas from 2D to 3D and creating impactful visuals.
- A balance of creativity and practicality, with the ability to produce innovative solutions that are also functional.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent English skills, Chinese would be a bonus!
