Marian has been setting standards since 2001. But the M 800, launched in 2019, marked something bigger: a defining moment in the brand’s evolution. Partnering with KISKA, the shipyard ensured the brand grows with its target audience, remaining ready for the future.
The Marian M 800 is shaped by the principles of classic boat design; its long, sculpted hull and continuous flowing surfaces evoke a sense of familiarity. Yet these elements are interpreted in a way that feels both timelessly enduring and quietly progressive, standing apart from fleeting trends.
Details like the warmth of teak decking and the crispness of stainless-steel fittings reflect a thoughtful balance between tradition and modernity, giving the M 800 a grounded (yet futuristic) presence.
And we weren’t done! We reinterpreted the series with the M 800 Spyder, a true bowrider layout with divided windscreen and split cockpit with direct access to the foredeck. Here, a V-shaped seating area transforms the bow into a friendly space for socialising.
This configuration brings a new level of versatility and openness to the M 800, while preserving the familiar elegance of its lines and surfaces. The thoughtful arrangement encourages easy movement between cockpit and bow, making every journey more interactive and engaging.
The M 800 won at the iF Design Awards and MUSE Design Awards in 2020 for its architecture and automotive surfacing and was a Best of the Best finalist for the BOB International Award. The overall impression is simple: a boat that respects tradition while bringing in a clear, modern touch.
